All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
We will only offer a replacement or refund in the case of:

Orders that are lost in transit
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item:

Include photos clearly showing the issue

Provide your order number and details
If your claim is approved, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
